Mr. Brady joined Falfurrias Management Partners in November 2021, and currently serves as Vice President of Finance.  Mr. Brady works with the Risk & Integration Team to support the deal execution process, post-close integration, and ongoing monitoring of portfolio company performance.

Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at BDO as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group.  He provided services to private equity and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side stand-alone transactions, carve-out transactions, and add-on acquisitions.  Prior to BDO, Mr. Brady performed assurance services at PwC.

Ms. Brandt joined Falfurrias Management Partners as a Partner in 2023 to help lead Falfurrias Growth Partners. Prior to joining the Firm, she was Operating Executive Director at Serent Capital.  Serent Capital is a leading lower-middle market private equity firm focused on investing in high growth service and technology businesses.

Most recently Ms. Brandt was the President and Chief Executive Officer of First American Docutech, providing an end-to-end integrated digital mortgage experience that enables lenders to accelerate the real estate closing process.  She currently sits on the First American Advisory Council. In addition to her executive career, Ms. Brandt currently serves on the boards of Studio Designer, Quisitive Technologies, InhabitIQ, and the Institute of International Education.

Ms. Brandt has over 20 years of successful experience as an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with multiple successful private equity backed exits.  She is a multi-award winner, including Housing Wire’s Vanguard Award and Institute of International Education’s Centennial Medal.

Prior to First American Docutech, Ms. Brandt was the President of Originations and Corporate Technology at New Penn Financial, and prior to Penn Financial, the Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Mortgage, Chief Executive Officer of Vantium Capital and head of GE Money Mortgage North America.

Mr. Dyer began working with Falfurrias Management Partners in 2021 as Co-Investor and Lead Advisory Board member for Crosslake Technologies.  Since that time, he has worked closely with Ed McMahan and the FMP partners to develop and launch FGP I.  Mr. McMahan and Mr. Dyer first worked together more than twenty years ago in lower-middle-market private equity and investment banking.  Mr. Dyer previously served as Managing Director and Partner of The Carlyle Group, which he joined in 2002.  During his 19 years with Carlyle, in which he became Global Co-head of Carlyle’s TMT sector, Mr. Dyer successfully completed investments across application software, data and information technology, IT Services and infrastructure businesses.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Dyer was an Associate with the private equity firm William Blair Capital Partners, a Consultant with Bain & Company, and an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Group of Bowles, Hollowell, Conner & Co.  He earned his MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and his BS, Magna Cum Laude, from Washington & Lee University.

Prior to founding the Firm, Mr. McColl was Chairman and CEO of Bank of America. During his tenure as Chairman and CEO, Mr. McColl grew the institution more than fifty-fold, as the bank greatly expanded its offerings of financial products and services, entered new markets across the United States and around the world, and became an industry leader in retail, commercial, corporate and investment banking.

Mr. McMahan is a Co-Founder and has served as a Partner at Falfurrias Management Partners since 2006 and as its Managing Partner since 2018. Mr. McMahan has been responsible for developing the FMP Industry First strategy and building the FMP team. Along with Marc Oken and Hugh McColl, Mr. McMahan has been a member of the FMP Investment Committee since inception. Mr. McMahan also co-developed and co-founded DealCloud, which was developed in-house to manage FMP’s Industry First deal sourcing methodology and has become the leading CRM, deal sourcing & fund management platform for the capital markets.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. McMahan served as a Principal at Chicago Growth Partners. At Chicago Growth Partners and its predecessor firm, William Blair Capital Partners, Mr. McMahan was responsible for leading the sourcing, structuring, and execution of investments in business services and industrial growth companies. Mr. Oken is the Chairman of Falfurrias Management Partners, a firm he co- founded in 2006 alongside Hugh McColl, Jr. and Ed McMahan, Jr.   Prior to starting the firm, Mr. Oken was the Chief Financial Officer of Bank of America during the 10-year period when Hugh McColl Jr. made groundbreaking bank acquisitions throughout the country, including California-based Bank of America.  Prior to his career with Bank of America, Mr. Oken was a Partner with Price Waterhouse. He also served a 2-year term as a Fellow at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Oken is past Chairman of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership and served two terms each as Chairman of The Mint Museum of Art, and The Charlotte Symphony.  He recently stepped down as the Chairman of the Sullenberger Aviation Museum. While Chairman of the Aviation Museum, he led a capital campaign which raised $34 million to construct a new museum facility and to renovate an adjoining historic hanger at the Charlotte-Douglas Municipal Airport.  Until 2023, he served for over 15 years on the Boards of Directors of two NYSE Exchange companies, Marsh McLennan, the largest Insurance broker in the world, and Sonoco Products, a SC paper products company.

Mr. Oken is a Naval Aviator and Vietnam Veteran. He is a native of Baltimore and a graduate of Loyola University.  He and his wife Celene are the proud parents of five daughters, who are all professionals working in various industries across the country.

Mr. Sullivan is a Partner and leads the Firm’s investments in financial services & technology.  He originally joined Falfurrias Management Partners as an Associate in 2007 before attending business school to earn his MBA.  After receiving his degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Mr. Sullivan joined Edgeview Partners (now Piper Sandler), an investment bank serving the merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory needs of middle-market clients. Mr. Sullivan then re-joined Falfurrias Management Partners in 2012. He was later promoted to Principal in 2015 and Partner in January 2021.

Mr. Sullivan was a Ground Intelligence Officer and Reconnaissance Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps. He earned a BS in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Mr. Walker began his professional career in 1972, when he joined a predecessor of Bank of America. During his thirty-year tenure with the institution, he had a variety of assignments, including corporate banking and founding and managing the Private Placements, Syndications, and Project Finance Groups within NationsBank and NCNB (predecessors of Bank of America). Mr. Walker founded Bank of America Capital Investors in 1993. Capital Investors is a private equity investment arm of Bank of America that focuses on buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth capital financings. During a ten-year span, Capital Investors invested approximately $1.4 billion in more than one hundred equity and mezzanine transactions. Mr. Walker was the Managing Partner until his retirement in 2002.

Biography

Mr. Walker joined Falfurrias Management Partners full time with Fund IV. Prior to joining the Firm, he assisted with the FMP portfolio, leading the Industrial Automation and Safety Industry First campaign. He is Executive Chairman at Falfurrias portfolio companies GPS Air, FM Expressions (Green Distribution), EDGE Industrial Technologies, and Local Hive. Mr. Walker is also a Board Member at Carolina Foods, LLC, Sauer Brands, Inc., and Snak King. Prior to joining Falfurrias, Mr. Walker served as the Chief Operating Officer for EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO). Mr. Walker started his career at W.L. Gore & Associates where he last held the position of Business Leader. He is also a Board Member of the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte, the VT Engineering Education Board, and the Charlotte Symphony.

Biography

Ms. Wilcox joined Falfurrias Management Partners in July 2024. She is responsible for assisting Mr. Heidel and Mr. Schonberg with reporting, investor relations, and data analytics. Prior to joining FMP, she was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, focusing on Global Markets regulatory reporting on the Data Management and Global Liquidity Management teams. Ms. Wilcox earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
